Avoid the RFP Process
Because of our relationship with the state of Kansas, our contract provides state agencies and municipalities with a mechanism to work with Kansas.gov without the need for a formal procurement process involving a request for proposal (RFP).
Kansas.gov is a public-private partnership between the Information Network of Kansas and eGovernment firm NIC Inc. The partnership provides for a statewide contract for the provision of eGovernment solutions at the state and local level.
